     Patrick McGeehan raises capital for real estate deals.  He has been a successful real estate investor for over 25 years and is CEO of Four Front Properties based in Spring Lake, NJ. Patrick has been responsible for cultivating the firm’s strong relationship via it's field partners, private investors and real estate professionals. Prior to Four Front Properties, Patrick was a successful commodities trader for 20 years on the NYMEX Commodity Exchange and the NYBOT Commodity Exchange.

     Real estate, specifically multifamily, has been his true passion since purchasing his first property.  He concentrates on buying  properties near mass transit and to create value from repositioning the asset.  Patrick is a graduate of Boston College.

     Mr. McGeehan is Associate member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI). The worlds most respected, quoted, and diverse organization in the field of development, land use, and urban planning.
     Mr. McGeehan is an associate member of the NJ Apartment Association. The association studies and promotes nonpartisan policy solutions that advance the affordability and sustainability of multi family rental housing in NJ.

      Patrick lives in Spring Lake, NJ.  His better half is Kerri McGeehan.  He has four children and in his spare time, he enjoys golfing with friends.  He also serves on the board of the Center Square Thrift Shop, which benefits the Center in Asbury Park.  The Center provides shelter and services to the homeless and those living with HIV/AIDS in Monmouth County.  Patrick holds a BA in mathematics and philosophy from Boston College.
