After determining that the property does in fact meet our requirements, Four Front Properties will renegotiate the terms of the purchase agreement if necessary to adjust for items discovered during the due diligence process (additional deferred maintenance, significant expenses, market conditions, etc.).
As we move toward closing, an Investment Summary, Private Placement Memorandum, and other documents are prepared and distributed to interested accredited investors. Investors may participate in the project from that point forward until the project is fully funded. Subscription to the investment offering is first come first served in order of funds received.
